  • What if I don't receive an answer from live chat?
    We are so sorry that we are unable to respond to your question in a timely manner on our live chat service. Please leave your name and contact details (email address/contact number) and questions. We endeavour to reply with answers within 24 hours.   • How do I retrieve my exclusive discount code after I've signed up as a member?
    First log in to your account Hover over your account name and click 'My Account' On the left tab click 'Exclusive Discounts' All codes are valid for 1 time use per new account created and additional terms & conditions will be indicated on the code
  • Why choose single-ingredient?
    Single-ingredient treats and chews, as the name suggests, are treats and chews with only 1 ingredient. So why choose a single-ingredient treat rather than one containing a myriad of ingredients for a seemingly more nutritious source of food? The answer is simple: to avoid artificial, potentially harmful and unnecessary ingredients that include cheap fillers such as corn and wheat that compromise the potency of true nutritional value. Just like with human food, it’s important for pawrents to be conscious of pet food labels to ensure that the treats fed to your furbies do not include unnecessary or potentially harmful ingredients in their products, such as artificial colors, flavors, by-products, salt and sugars, fillers or preservatives. Opting for single-ingredient treats means that the food contains no unnecessary additives. The ingredient list of each of our treats/chews are in the description, you will be pleased to find that almost all the treats/chews are single-ingredient made from named meats and credible sources with the highest farming standards.
  • Are the treats safe for human consumption?
    Even though the ingredients are human grade, treats are dehydrated at low temperature which will not fully cook the meat. It would be best to leave the treats for your furbies, no matter how fragrant it smells
  • Are treats alone sufficient for my furby's diet?
    You are advised to feed your furby a main meal (commercial or self-prepared) which provides for all your furby's caloric and nutritional requirements. Treats are for training, snacks and/or supplement to main meal
  • Are all the treats and chews suitable for my furby?
    No 2 furbies are the same and definitely not all treats and chews are suitable for your furby. A hard chew may be suitable for entertaining 1 furby but less suitable for senior furbies or furbies who have a tendency to swallow rather than chew. Treats/chews should be fed atPawrents' discretion, since some furbies may be allergic or intolerant to certain proteins. We try our best to put out all relevant information on our product descriptions to help pawrents make the right decision.
  • How do I know what kind of treats/chews are suitable for my furby?
    We love to help you with this! Simply drop us a text and we will be glad to respond with relevant recommendations with no obligation.
  • What is the expiry date for the treats?
    Best to feed treats asap, it's best when it's fresh In freezer - best before 6 months In fridge - best before 3 months In RTP - best within 1 month You are strongly encouraged to store unconsumed treats in the freezer for longest shelf life. You should also store half chewed chews in the freezer (do not freeze and defrost more than once). We recommend refrigeration of our treats and chews after opening to prolong freshness and inhibit microbial growth. Discard any mouldy treats/chews immediately and do not feed them to your furby. Can I feed treats/chews direct from the freezer - yes you can! There is no need to defrost
  • Shipping?
    At the moment, PSHT uses Singpost as our main mode of mailing within Singapore. Please refer to the Singpost website (https://www.singpost.com/send-receive/send-within-singapore) to understand more about the mailing modes (ie. tracked package) and their respective delivery standards. PSHT will not take responsibility for loss mails / failure to meet delivery standards on our mailing partner's behalf.   • What is the waiting time after I've placed my order?
    We want your furkid to enjoy delicious and fresh treats so treats are usually prepared upon order. The waiting time can be anywhere between 3 – 7 days depending on the current number of pending orders we have.
  • Can I receive my order on the same day?
    It would depend on whether we have ready stock for the products that you've ordered. Many of our products are prepared freshly upon your order and would require a minimum of 2 days' lead time. Do chat with us to find out whether we can fulfil your order within the same day.
  • Do you take international orders?
    We currently do not take international orders as our treats are not treated with preservatives and best fed fresh
  • What are the payment methods?
