Dehydrated Pork Liver
- 100% human-grade raw pig liver dehydrated for many hours at low temperature to retain all the nutrients for your doggo’s benefit.
- Liver is a nutrient-rich organ meat, it can provide your furby with protein, fat and vitamin A, all of which help him/her to stay healthy if eaten in moderation
- Vitamin A is a fat-soluble antioxidant, which helps your pet’s coat, muscles, nerves, skin and vision. In puppies, vitamin A helps them to grow and develop normally. If your pet is currently suffering with skin issues, dull coat, slow growth and night blindness, this could be a sign that your loved one has a Vitamin A deficiency so try out small amounts of liver and see if you notice a difference
- Liver is also a good source of copper, iron, niacin, phosphorus and zinc. It provides many B vitamins, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and essential amino acids
- Phosphorus works with calcium to promote and maintain the growth, structure and stability of your dog’s bones and skeletal system, which is especially important for growing pups
- A great source of Niacin, known as vitamin B3, is another essential vitamin to feed your pup. Vitamin B3 is vital in promoting healthy skin and fur as well as proper circulation of blood and oxygen throughout the body. Niacin is also used to help lower cholesterol and metabolise proteins, fats and carbohydrates. It is often used to promote memory for dogs in training
- Zinc is the perfect mineral for promoting your pet’s healthy skin and coat
Liver Contains High Levels of Vitamin E. Vitamin E is what is known as a ‘wonder vitamin’. It is essential in preventing and aiding circulatory issues such as heart disease and arteriosclerosis. It boosts the immune system, helps to prevent cataracts, promotes fertility and slows down the ageing process.
Vitamin E helps to oxygenate the blood and helps all internal organs to function at their optimum level. It is essential if your pet is suffering with any skin issues.
Liver contains an anti-fatigue factor, which is likely to do with improving the oxygen-carrying capacity of the blood cells; increasing endurance and strength in athletes of all species.

Additional Information
While liver offers many health benefits, it can also be harmful if your furby eats too much of it. Dogs that eat too much liver may be prone to a condition called hypervitaminosis A, or an overdose of vitamin A. Ensure that you are feeding no more than 10% organ meat to your furby daily (eg. if your dog is eating 50g beef a day, do not feed more than 5g beef liver a day).
Liver is very rich and may cause loose stools if too much is fed at one time. Start with small amount if feeding for the first time.
